THE DAWSON ROTACLEN is manufactured in various sizes designed to meet a range of cuctomer requirements, whether in the food, pharmaceutical, wines, spirits, beverage or other container industries. At the heart of the machine is the combined rinsing and draining system established as the most efficient rinse-cleaning system available.



VERTICAL FORM-FILL-AND SEAL MACHINE. For fully automotic, continuously processing of bags from flat film at high speed.
  • Open column design from stainless steel and aluminium.
  • Easy and rapid bag size change over by one piece formers, no tool required, only one (1) clamper.
  • Siemens S7 PLC control with OP17 Display.
  • Easy operation because only two parameters are to be set : speed and bag lenght
  • A set of former comprising shoulder, funnel and sliding plate.
  • Synchronization for printer, labeller and doser.
  • Photoeye
  • Bag lenght measuring device to run nonprinted film.
  • Two sets of cross sealing jaws working completely independent from each other, which may as well be obtained individually (up to max. 150 bags per minute)
  • Sealing tools to handle either heat sealable laminates or poly films.
  • Motorized film edge control

  • Guards as single shields swiveling out of the operators reach for machine adjustments.
