The MK 3LS machine represents a new generation of rotary die encapsulation in line with the International G.M.P.

The MLK 3LS line has been developed in order to improve capsule manufacturing efficiency and profitability in client's plants up to international levels. Furthermore a new control system of the production parameters allows a remote control by PC to check and record all the data.

Hi-Tech Tablet Presses For A High Level Of Automation
The presses can be equipped with electrical systems incorporating varying levels allows motorised adjustment of the basic press settings - a regulation system which incorporates both tablet weight, hardness and thickness directly in the control loop. This is a prerequisite for unsupervised 24-hour operation. All presses are equipped as standard with manual adjustment hand-wheels. The handwheels are de-activated during automated operation. However, by exiting automated operation, the press can be adjusted manually at any time. This is an invaluable feature as any producer will confirm.

Best results in terms of production speed and dosing accuracy can be achieved thanks to the possibility of separately adjusting machine processing parameters and to the diverse design features dosing units. Operator friendliness is a hallmark of these machines; their simple construction and ergonomic interface means that they can be run by even unskilled operators.

Easy access to the working area makes for extremely quick size change-over and cleaning. All size parts feature special locking devices for quick and easy manual change-over, requiring the use of just one wrench.

Each machine in this series comes in two versions: the simpler and less expensive F version, and the E version which features electronic devices for production monitoring and automatic adjustment of processing parameters.

The TR135 is the most modern machine for medium speed and is based upon the experience and upon the concept of the TR130; of which more than 250 are in production world-wide.

It is an avolution of the Winpack TR130, which has been undisputed leader in its segment blister machine market for almost 10 years.
